“I’d say working out has transformed me for the better. It takes a lot of energy and strength to keep yourself in a spot of good health. To be healthy, you’ve got to limit yourself to what you can eat. You have to watch what you’re doing and what you’re putting into your body to constrict what you consume daily. Before, I was consuming easy-to-make junk meals like chips instead of putting time into making good-quality meals. Nowadays, I’m making stuff like chicken and steak. For my sources of protein, and carbs, I’ll use brown rice since it tends to be healthier.”
