- “I loved my teachers when I was in school, so when I was deciding what career path I wanted to do, after doing a lot of jobs through my 20s, I remembered back to my high school years and how much I liked them. I’ve also been a coach before, of cross country and track, and I knew I liked working with this age group of kids, and so then I thought I’d be a good fit for teaching. I’m really glad I did it, it’s awesome.”
- “I know it’s kind of cliche, but I gotta say Saturday. It’s just a great day. I have the most time possible to work on those outside of school projects, and even sometimes schoolwork. I get to see my family a little bit more, who doesn’t love a good Saturday?”
- “My biggest passion outside of school is making music and playing guitar, writing songs, and attempting to sing. Before the pandemic, I used to play concerts and even had music up on Spotify. I was trying to make a real thing out of this music group, but the pandemic slowed things down a little bit.”
