On September 11, AHS students gathered in the Senior Circle during the beginning of 6th period to remember all the lives that were lost in 2001 during the attack on the Twin Towers.
Mr. Thomas prepared a brief speech regarding how all students should try and help each other out everyday because we never know what’s going to happen.
The Patriot Singers sang the “National Anthem” and “Battle Hymn of the Republic” for the tribute. Students and faculty then joined in a minute of silence while a trio of horns played “Taps” atop the school.
