“My first time going to the gym was at the start of freshman year. It wasn’t serious, though, I just went there for fun one day. It has definitely impacted me long-term because when you’re sad or mad, bro, you go to the gym, and your mind clears. As I continued going to the gym, I started a workout plan called the Arnold Split, which works the chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs, and core.”
